I thought the online design process was excellent, and it was re-assuring to know there was a design review and approval stage prior to the table being produced. Dan was very responsive to a proposed tweak to the design. We are very happy with our table and would definitely buy from madeinply again.

After checking out a few bespoke kitchen suppliers we decided to go for madeinply.com. The biggest attraction over the other's was the offer of a design service. We didn't want to get things wrong and felt this was a very important part of the process. Dan was amazing in helping us design our kitchen, we had an idea but he made it come to reality. Over about 3 video calls we had the design nailed down and the order placed. Emails back and forth were answered on the same day and new video calls scheduled around our availability. We cant wait for the install. Don't skip the design process. Matching bespoke doors to a Howdens or IKEA kitchen unkts can be tricky to get right. Dan took all the guess work out of it. Great service from the made in ply team, including a review of my order with a drawing before signing off. Excellent packaging (although we did have a moment of panic that we'd got a square table instead of a round one). It looks beautiful and should hopefully give us many years of pleasure. I was anxious about choosing a white formica top (especially the thought of eating curry), but so far it's coping with spillages.

Beautiful table exactly as specified, goes great with Eames chairs. It is very well built and the Formica surface is very durable. The edge is also beautifully chamfered with a nice smooth edge. Slight issue with the shipping company: you need to be there in person at the time they say, and they will not hand it to reception. This resulted in a 2 day delay as they had to reschedule.

I’m thrilled with my new desk! It’s perfect - made to measure and fits the space brilliantly. Communication was excellent from sign-off to delivery. Thank you!

Pros: The ordering process was seamless, and the product is excellent - great quality, beautiful and sturdy (will definitely last for many years). Cons: Even though the product was shipped earlier than expected, the delivery company only dropped off the product at the ground floor and didn't bring it to my flat door which is a problem for a very heavy product. The other issue was with the packaging - the table top came wrapped in these rigid boards that are heavy and huge, there's no way of disposing of them that won't cost me time and money - a big negative for me.

Bought this melamine coated plywood offcut as a work surface for my bathroom renovation. Whilst it was expensive, the quality and finish is exceptional; far beyond my expectation. Communication and delivery was efficient and prompt. If you’re looking to invest in premium craftsmanship and materials that are built to last, I would highly recommend Made in Ply.

I ordered a number of off-cuts to use as shelving, these arrived very well packaged and the finish exceeded my expectations, showing no signs of being left overs, absolutely perfect. No doubt I will be ordering more 🫣 Fed-Ex delivery was a little hit and miss, not turning up on the initial day stated.

Dan and Jo provided an outstanding service when supplying me with a number of pieces from their offcut corner - all pieces were exactly as described on the website, were shipped almost instantly and what's more, they incredibly generous cut a piece to size for me at no extra cost. Their communication was fantastic and the quality of product is superb too - I will aboslutely be using Made In Ply for my next furniture project! We have recently compleated a full kitctchen refit using a number of elements supplied by mip. There are 2 stand alone units, one wall mounted, the other on the floor which has been customised slightly by having feet added by my fitters (Morris Bros of Aberystwyth). All the doors, drawer fronts, upstands and plinths came from mip and were supplied in a total of 4 different finishes, 1 Fenix, 2 Formica as well as oak these were placed on units supplied by the fitters and the worktops came from Foresso in Birmingham. The quality of everything is exeptional with the mip elements giving a premium quality feel to the whole this, the gudance from Dan as we finessed our design was great. I am very hapy to recoment mip.
